We are proud to ship Worldwide! Please note we are in Canada and all locations other than Canada may be charged customs, duty, tax for the incoming package. The buyer is responsible for all charges incurred by having the package sent to them. We have no control over this as it is charged by your country.
For more information please contact your local customs office regarding your possible importing fees. All packages will be marked as merchandise, not gifts and will include a packing slip with prices paid on it. Is local pick up available? TOP
Yes, if you live in or around Calgary, AB you are most welcome to pick up your item.
We are located in NW Calgary (Tuscany). What are your shipping prices? TOP
We charge shipping based on the actual weight of your package. This will be calculated automatically as you add items to your cart. To find out the shipping price select your shipping destination in the cart and hit recalculate. This will calculate the actual weight of your package and tell you the rate based on your destination.
Shipping for all orders over $100 is free! What currency are your prices in? TOP
Because we are a Canadian site our prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Paypal will convert your payment for you if necessary.
We have provided an estimated US conversion on each item page. The exact conversion will be calculated through paypal at the time of sale.
If you are using another payment method please use the Currency Convertor to calculate your total at the time of purchase.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment for US & International packages.
For Canadian packages paypal or email money transfer is preferred.
We do also accept PINK Postal money orders in US or Canadian currency.
What is your privacy policy? TOP
All information collected is kept in conifidence and will never be given out or sold. All credit card payments are made through paypal and we never receive the physical number of your card, so there is no worry about this going into anyone hands.
Phone numbers are required because some shipping documents require them and this way we don't have to play email tag with you to get your phone number (which would slow down the shipment of your item).
